GullyBox Store Return Policy
Since most of our products are custom-made or personalized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved for printing.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Standard products (non-customized) may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, subject to inspection.
