We strive to ensure all product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in color, design, or size may occur due to display settings or production limitations.
For customized products, final output may slightly differ based on print area, material, and design resolution provided by the customer.
All artwork or content submitted for printing must be owned by the customer or have appropriate usage rights.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.
Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
GullyBox Store reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or stock unavailability.
Once a custom or personalized order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery across India through reliable courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page but may vary due to external factors such as weather, logistics, or government restrictions.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
GullyBox Store is not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Since most of our products are custom-made or personalized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved for printing.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Standard products (non-customized) may be eligible for return within 3 days of receipt, subject to inspection.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, logos, and content on the GullyBox Store website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
Customers remain the rightful owners of their uploaded custom designs and grant GullyBox Store limited rights to reproduce them solely for order fulfillment.
